Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Netorbus RPG ("the Game", "we", "us", "our"), available at netorbus.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Game, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the Game, you must create an account by providing a username, email address, and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account, or transfer your account to another person without our consent.

4. In-Game Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Exploit bugs or glitches. You must report them promptly.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players through in-game chat or any Game feature.
• Impersonate other players, staff, or administrators.
• Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game assets outside of official Game systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's servers or other players' accounts.
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Virtual Items & Currency

The Game contains virtual currency ("money", "tokens") and virtual items. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency unless explicitly offered by us. All virtual items remain our property; you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them within the Game.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust virtual items, currencies, balances, and game mechanics at any time for balancing, maintenance, or any other reason.

6. Purchases & Payments

The Game may offer optional purchases using real money through Coinbase Commerce (cryptocurrency payments). All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.

Purchased items are subject to the same terms as all other virtual items — they remain our property and may be modified or removed.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Cheating, exploiting, or disruptive behavior.
• Extended account inactivity.
• Fraudulent payment activity.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all associated virtual items. We are not obligated to provide refunds upon termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, UI design, game mechanics, code, and audio — is owned by Netorbus RPG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Game content without our written permission.

9. User-Generated Content

Any content you create within the Game (such as chat messages, usernames, or profile information) must comply with these Terms. We may remove any user content that violates our rules. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Game.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netorbus RPG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, virtual items, or account access.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netorbus RPG, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Game shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
